If you are thinking about where to place the dumpster, there are a few things we would like you to keep in mind. Most importantly, make sure that you have chosen a location that can fit the dumpster you are renting. If our driver cannot drop the dumpster, you are not going to receive the order, but since you will have already been charged for it, you won’t get a refund. Also, make sure that the location leading up to the delivery zone is easily accessed. If there is a gate that will need opened, please be onsite to do so for our drivers when they arrive. Also, please remove all vehicles or other obstructions from the immediate location. This is true for both dumpster delivery and waste removal. Our drivers will not wait around for you to show up onsite and remove obstructions. If they arrive and there is something blocking them from making delivery, they will leave and your account will be assessed a trip fee.

Those that are going to have the dumpster placed on property that is not privately owned are going to need a permit before the scheduled date of delivery. Permits can be obtained through the city and they must be present when our driver shows up onsite. If our driver arrives and you do not have your permit but one is required they would leave without handling delivery, and your account would be assessed a trip fee. You would also need to reschedule your delivery for a later date.
